Welcome to Week 1! Here you will see 3 videos, one for each Lesson, followed by a worksheet that corresponds to that video. The last video is for a partner to watch, if you have one.

I’ve also added a video, located further down the page in the Bonus section called Guided Imagery Meditation- Future Self. I will talk more about it in Lesson 3, but enjoy it whenever you would like.

Hello and welcome to Week 2! We have a lot of practices and skills to cover that set the foundation for the next half of FYF. I really look forward to you jumping in and getting started with this material. You will find this module has three lessons with videos and corresponding worksheets, much like last week.

You will also find that I’ve left out the partner video because I discovered quickly that more of you are doing this along with your partners than not. I’d originally conceived of this being more an individual process, but I am thrilled that couples are interested in working on these things together. So, this week forward I speak to both partners, rather than just one in all of the videos.

In the bonus section you will find four videos that go with this weeks lessons- Breathing Practice, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Creating a Relaxing Space, and Guided Imagery Visualization- Safe Place. Hope you enjoy!

Welcome to Week 3! This week we are exploring bringing more awareness to our bodies. Module 3 has three lessons with videos and corresponding worksheets. And in the bonus section you will find three more videos that complement the lessons for this week- Body Awareness, Energy Meditation and How to Change When Resistance Arises.

You’ve made it! We are at Week 4, and this last week we are exploring ways to take our eroticism and sharing it with our partner. Module 4 has four lessons with videos and corresponding worksheets.
